The problem
More than 80% of users dropped out during onboarding.
It showed the features one after another. It never showed what the product was worth.
Goals
1. Give onboarding its own flow. Separate it from the rest of the app.
2. Keep it simple and memorable. Users should remember the experience.
3. Show the invoice fast. Users see what their documents will look like.

Step 1: Start in seconds
Users pick a ready-made template. It is already filled in with their Shopify data.
Step 2: Apply your brand
Preset colour palettes and a colour picker. Contrast is checked automatically against WCAG.
Step 3: Watch the document come to life
VAT, company details and a realistic sample invoice. Everything updates live.
Step 4: Prove the value on real orders
Three sample invoices are made from real orders. Users can send them by email.
Step 5: Offer the trial, then the plan
The trial or plan only comes after the value is proven.
