Problem

A pro that a user cannot find again is a contact that never happens.

Trustup is a Belgian marketplace for home renovation. It connects homeowners with trusted professionals, and has 6,200+ pros. When a homeowner likes a professional, they need to find them again later, without starting a new search.

About the flow

A favourites page that goes from a saved pro to a call or a message in one click.

Here is the flow, and the main decisions behind it.
