A workflow to create new-feature videos for social media
I built a workflow that makes feature videos for social media. Anyone on the team can now make a video that shows the product and gets people to act, in half a day instead of 3 days.

Context The product
A new feature only helps if pros know about it.
Trustup is a Belgian marketplace for home renovation. Trustup Pro is the software that its 6,200+ professionals use to run their business. We often add new features, many of them with AI. Each one has to be shown to the pros who need it.
Time and money −2.5 days per video
A feature that nobody sees is a feature that nobody uses. Showing each one used to cost too much.
One feature video took 3 days of motion design, so the team could not keep up with new releases. I built a workflow with Claude Design, using my motion design experience. It guides the AI and avoids common mistakes. The same video now takes half a day.
| Videos | Before | After | Saved |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | €1,500 | €250 | €1,250 |
| 5 | €7,500 | €1,250 | €6,250 |
| 10 | €15,000 | €2,500 | €12,500 |
Beyond social media. The same idea can show features inside a SaaS, as tutorials.
The prompt Fewer revisions
Every AI mistake means one more round of fixes. I prevented them before the first try.
The prompt is not a quick instruction. I planned it carefully before using it. After years of motion design work, I know the mistakes AI often makes with animation. I wrote the fix for each one into the workflow. I keep the details private.
- It guides the story. The viewer follows the message until the call to action, so more people click.
- It avoids edge cases. Fewer fixes, so the time saved is not lost later.
- It is reusable. Each new feature starts from the same base, so a video always takes half a day.
