Bel RTL: "La Valise"
Advertising Campaign

From concept mockups to a 2-year on-the-road campaign, managing design, cost, materials, and technical integration.

  • Product Design
  • Cost Management
  • UI/UX Prototyping
  • Supplier Negotiation

1. Concept Integration Mockups

Following our initial brainstorming and clarification of stakeholder needs with team, I designed semi 2D mockups to demonstrate the feasibility of integrating a screen inside a real suitcase, reviewed and refined with the lead developer and technician.

I was also responsible for the construction of the stand.

2. Cost & Material Management

The next step involved estimating the necessary materials, construction plans, negotiating prices with suppliers, and assessing feasibility with the technical team.

For the cost, negotiation, and follow-up aspects, I maintained a meticulous Excel spreadsheet, updated several times a year.

I also visited suppliers to maintain a close relationship and put a face to the interactions (in English and French).

3. Touch Interface in Real Context

The flow of the game was decided by the RTL team and developed internally at Onetec (see the people involved at the end of the page).

It was my responsibility to create the prototype while respecting the client's system design.

And finally...

Here is our campaign, off on the road for 2 years!

A huge thank you for this extraordinary experience to the entire bel RTL team and to Onetec, in particular to Florence Quetstroey and Thibaut Hermant for their trust and many years of collaboration (contact information can be provided to you by email/mobile number.)
