The Challenge
Nova Reply is a web platform that automates the complete customer review cycle (collection, response, and analysis). The central mission is to free up valuable time for entrepreneurs while maximizing their online visibility thanks to an interface designed for immediate understanding of the functionalities.
The Hypothesis
Data from Hotjar recordings and think-aloud usability tests revealed a critical gap: users were unable to grasp the end-to-end journey at a glance. For a product whose value proposition relies on speed and automation, this cognitive friction was a direct contradiction to the brand promise of a seamless, AI-driven experience.
The Process
Since Nova Reply was built through iterative AI prompting, the product lacked a global architectural vision. To resolve this, I mapped out every user journey and conducted a card-sorting exercise. This audit allowed me to identify redundancies and strategically reposition features to create a more intuitive and fluid navigation system.
The Impact
To bridge the gap between AI-driven automation and human intuition, I restructured the app around a "Value-First" user journey. The core of the solution is a contextual sidebar designed to eliminate mental friction. By making AI actions accessible and simple, we ensure that business owners see immediate ROI—directly impacting user retention through efficiency.
